Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Fabricator for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have some technical/practical/engineering experience or knowledge and will be a keen learner.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operating various machinery including break press and punch press machines
- Cutting materials
- Working from drawings and diagrams
- Using hand tools and power tools to assemble cabinets
- Fabricating products
- Welding (with training, supervision and guidance)
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Strong eye for detail
- Keen to learn new skills
- Some practical/engineering knowledge
- Ideally an engineering qualification or similar at college (not essential)
- Hardworking & reliable
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm.
In return our client offers a salary from £11.50 depending on experience.
