We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to work for a distribution company based between Brierley Hill and Stourbridge. This role will suit someone who is bright, determined, driven, and used to working in a target driven environment
Main duties of the role will be:
Calling existing customers, developing your own customer base.
Prospecting customers daily to drive business forward.
Looking to chase and convert sales quotations.
Account managing a large number of customers
Supporting a team of sales Representatives
Researching companies, generating leads via internet, social media and other relevant channels.
The successful candidate will have the following skills.
" Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell.
" Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep.
" Good time management and a good understanding of profit/loss & turnover/margin.
" Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
" Good standard of general I.T. & Office Skills.
" Good attention to detail.
" Strong communication skills.
" Enthusiastic and sociable.
