Role Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
  • You will be responsible for arranging meetings and booking company events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • You will be confident taking minutes at meetings and you will have a keen eye for detail when it comes to raising purchase orders and ordering office supplies.
  • As an Office Manager/Senior Administrator, you will take charge of reviewing company insurances, licences, and subscriptions, ensuring everything is up to date.
  • It will be your responsibility to maintain and upkeep the general condition of the building, coordinating with suppliers for security and office equipment and managing cleaning contracts.
  • Additionally, you will have the opportunity to arrange travel for the directors. This includes booking flights, hotels, and even arranging visas if necessary.
  • You will also be responsible for managing employee absence, updating the HR system with new starters and leavers, and overseeing the employee benefits platform.
  • To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar office management or senior administration role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial as you will be liaising with team members, suppliers, and visitors on a daily basis. You should be proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
