Our client, a successful independent Estate Agent are looking for an organised, self motivated, experienced Property Manager for their busy office in Hayes. The company pride themselves on their high level of personal customer service offered to all their customers, as well as the innovation and use of the latest technology in their management and sales offices.

They have a brilliant working environment, offering an exceptional training programme with ongoing support while working within the business. The Property Manager is a vital part of the Lettings team, essential to the continued success and the growth of their portfolio, ensuring tenancies are sustained and properties maintained.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of problem solving, being able to work under pressure is key, dealing with any issues with the highest level of customer service. You must be well presented and well spoken with a minimum of 6 months experience and a thorough understanding of the Property Management department.

Salary package and benefits for the role of Property Manager include:

  • Basic £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Friday's 8.30am - 5pm, every other Saturday 10am - 2pm with a half day off in lieu

Key responsibilities for the role of the Property Manager include:

  • Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
  • Book end of tenancy checkouts
  • Deal with deposits and allocation at end of tenancy
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Deal with customer complaints
  • Manage diary appointments
  • Deal with renewals, gas safeties and inspections

The skills and experience required for the role of Property Manager include:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of current legislation
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
