Circa £30,000 – £40,000

I am pleased to be supporting one of our well-established manufacturing clients, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their small local team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of the strategic HR plan, provide best practice advice and guidance to management and cover a range of generalist duties.

What you will do:

  • Roll out HR Strategy, Culture and Policy with a focus on Employee Engagement
  • Guiding, advising, coaching and mentoring managers across the organisation
  • Managing ER cases, maintaining Trade Union Relationship and ensuring legislative compliance and best practice

Looking for:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR role
  • Up-to-date employment law knowledge, and confidence leading on ER Cases
  • Experience utilising HRIS
