This practice is seeking a dynamic individual to helm their operations as a Practice/Office Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in steering the firm towards continued excellence and operational efficiency.
As the Practice Manager, your primary focus will be to refine the operational heartbeat of the business, ensuring a seamless interface between management aspirations and staff performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding the firm's compliance with the Office Procedures Manual, a testament to your meticulous attention to detail and regulatory acumen.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Managing Partner to enhance the Office Procedures Manual, mastering the intricacies of Lexcel and CQS quality standards, and managing the critical annual audits for both. You will be the architect of an efficient file review system, a supportive force in staff appraisals, and a key player in the execution of the firm's strategic blueprints.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of management experience within a law firm setting, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of legal operations and compliance frameworks. Your familiarity with solicitors' accounts and financial operations will be matched by your proficiency in Lexcel and CQS.
