This company was founded in 2010 to fulfil a need within the UK renewables trade. Since then, they have grown and in 2022 became part of the UK's leading distributor of fuels and lubricants. They are doing extremely well as a company. The position available will be reporting to the Head of Sales. Of which, the team are looking forward to welcoming a new member to the team.
Your new role
- Booking meetings for the Business Development Managers to attend. Each meeting attended comes with a bonus.
- Handle inbound contacts (calls, emails, web chat and other channels as appropriate) and support the customer through a consultative sales approach.
- Make outbound calls to the customer database to generate enquiries.
- Qualify the customer inline with the product criteria.
- Deliver sales excellence by achieving performance targets.
- Respond to customer enquiries and information requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Updating and maintaining the database with relevant information.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working within a sales environment or a similar position.
- Bubbly character with excellent confidence and self-motivation.
- Exceptional telephone manner and ability to sell products well.
- Resilience, persistence and hardworking.
- B2B Contact Centre experience is desirable but not essential.
- GCSE in Maths and English.
