Our client is a well-established packaging company based in the Spennymoor area. The development of the company has seen it grow from a small family managed business into a reputable, established specialist packaging company recognised internationally, now trading in over 20 countries!

They have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, meticulous, and determined Sales Administrator to join their business. This role is key to the business, overseeing all aspects of sales administration within the business. You will be in an office with a team of 5, working closely alongside each other where you will be able to get to know their roles giving you more experience within the business and a great chance to develop relationships with your colleagues!

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am until 5pm

Friday: 8.30am until 2.30pm

Sales Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders onto Sage 200 system
  • Prepare paperwork for two different carrier systems plus Import/ Export experience
  • Progress chasing
  • Deal with customer telephone enquiries
  • Working on customer systems, uploading information onto portals i.e. Webrix/ Cooper systems
  • Scanning, emailing and filing

Requirements needed:

  • Sage 200 experience or similar
  • Experience in a busy sales environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of dealing with stock on Sage systems
  • Working on carrier systems
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate
