Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Agent:
- Develop and execute strategies to proactively win business in the City Fringe area.
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease execution, focusing on maximising occupancy rates.
- Arrange and carry out viewings.
- Negotiate favourable lease agreements and renewals in alignment with market trends and rental rates.
- Collaborate with wider team to maximise success.
- Proactively monitor leasing activity and vacancies in the City Fringe to grow business and drive performance and success.
Skills:
- 5-6 years' experience of commercial real estate office agency in the City Fringe, London.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with an understanding of City Fringe market dynamics.
- Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative.
- Proven fee earner.
