Description

  • Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters including; family, criminal and general civil litigation
  • Negotiate settlements in the best interest of clients
  • Prepare and draft legal documents
  • Represent clients in court hearings and trials
  • Advise clients on the law and their rights
  • Conduct research to support cases
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain confidentiality
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and legal practices

Profile

To be considered for this Civil Litigation Solicitor opportunity you will need:

  • To be a qualified solicitor from NQ upwards
  • Ideally possess publicly funded litigation experience
  • Potential retrain from areas such as immigration or family
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload
