This is an exciting position, covering all aspects of leadership and day to day management for a team of fee earners. You are responsible for mentoring, supporting and developing them to deliver exceptional client care and quality legal work, as well as running your own successful caseload.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor with previous supervisory experience to set up a new team, based in Leeds. It is essential that you come from a strong legal aid background to be considered for this role.
- Familiarity with the online legal aid scheme (CCMS) is required
- Ideally you will have Panel Membership, but those without will still be considered and the firm will also support you to get onto the Panel
- The bulk of work covering Non-Molestation Orders, PSOs and OOOs
- There will also be potential to work on divorce, child arrangements and finance work
