You'll be at the heart of the Group Reporting function, consolidating results, crafting accounts and forecasts, and connecting with key stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As the Group Reporting Analyst, you will be a vital cog in the wheel of the Group Reporting function. Your role will encompass consolidating monthly and quarterly UK results to the group, creating holding company accounts and processing consolidation adjustments. You will spearhead the monthly forecast process and ensure that budget submissions are consolidated and imported into SEI. Furthermore, you will generate monthly board packs and ONS survey responses for relevant entities. This role calls for a clear thinker who can adopt logical and structured approaches to all business matters.

  • Consolidate Monthly UK Results to Group, liaising with the wider Finance team to resolve any queries
  • Craft Holding Company Accounts and process Consolidation adjustments
  • Lead the monthly forecast process ensuring timely submission in line with the Group timetable
  • Consolidate Quarterly UK Results to Group, importing data into Cognos and resolving any reconciliation differences
  • Consolidate Budget Submissions and import into SEI
  • Produce monthly Board packs
  • Generate ONS survey responses for relevant entities

What you bring:

The perfect candidate for the Group Reporting Analyst position is a part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. You should be highly numerate and analytical with advanced Excel skills. A proven ability to understand and engage with key stakeholders is essential along with strong interpersonal skills. You should be a self-starter with an ability to work as part of a broader team. Experience of building financial models for a service organisation, working with SEI, and in the leisure travel industry or service sector industries would be desirable.

  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Proven ability to understand and engage with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a broader team
