Robertson Bell are partnering with a leading organisation as they seek a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role offers a dynamic split between management accounting and business partnering, giving you the chance to both oversee key financial processes and support Directors with strategic financial advice.

In this Finance Business Partner role, you will:

  • Ensure the integrity of financial data, providing oversight of journal activity prepared by the Management Accountant, and take ownership of leading and refining the monthly forecasting process.
  • Drive the month-end process, delivering comprehensive month-end pack updates and presenting in-depth quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Directors of a significant business area, helping them understand and interpret financial data to make informed decisions.
  • Present financial insights in a way that is clear and actionable for senior stakeholders, stepping away from the detail to provide strategic advice.
  • Lead on key projects that improve financial processes, while identifying risks and opportunities for the organisation.
  • Lead the budget setting process, ensuring readiness for upcoming changes and challenges.

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, where personal development is encouraged. The finance team is led by a manager who believes in giving autonomy while offering guidance when needed, making this a great environment for growth. Offering hybrid working in Basingstoke, the successful candidate will also benefit from a competitive annual leave allowance and generous pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A fully qualified finance background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in business partnering, with the ability to engage with strong or challenging stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of management accounting processes, with experience in forecasts and budget preparation.
  • Experience working in large organisations, managing budgets of £50 million or more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organisation. If you're ready for your next challenge, apply now! Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
