Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate of all invoices
- Building and maintaining good work relationships with external clients
- Approving invoices in line with client protocol
- Provide regular AR reporting to clients where needed
- Dealing with invoices queries and responding in a timely manner
- Processing credit card payments
- Reviewing and understanding clients billing protocol
- Auditing client invoices
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5 (flexi time offered)
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in similar background before
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft proficient
- Ability to work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to £30,000 per annum + 28 days annual leave (plus banks option to 5 buy more) + 5% Pension + Free on site parking + Work from home.
