Exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a growing firm of Accountants based in Batley.
This small firm are home to a few long-standing members of staff, creating a close-knit feel amongst colleagues. Now looking to grow their team to enable the firm to progress, they are keen to add new staff to their team!
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
- General bookkeeping.
- VAT returns.
- Process sales and purchase invoices for a variety of clients.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and reconcile purchase and sales ledgers for several clients.
- Journals
About you:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper in Practice.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Organised and methodical
- Client focused.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
