JGA are partnering with a leading financial services group seeking their next L&D specialist to oversee training design and delivery.
The successful candidate with have L&D or training experience across financial services, professional services or banking.
- Deliver core learning content, including induction, regulatory, soft skills, and management development.
- Implement the training cycle and develop Training Needs Analysis for new projects.
- Engage stakeholders to develop training requests and gain approvals.
- Create and get approval for Training Approach Documents and Design Strategies.
- Manage the People Development budget and coordinate knowledge transfer across locations.
- Plan, schedule, deliver, and report on training, ensuring quality and effectiveness measures are met.
