Senior Conveyancer

As a Senior Conveyancer, you will lead a team of three, including a Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant. This role demands extensive knowledge of conveyancing and the ability to supervise and allocate work effectively.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Oversee all aspects of conveyancing within the team.
- Allocate work and manage the team's workload.
- Take responsibility for all files opened under your name, ensuring successful completions.
- Meet and exceed financial targets.
- Mentor and support the development of the Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant.
- Engage in business development and identify training needs within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive conveyancing experience at a senior level.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong business acumen and involvement in business development.
- Commitment to continuous professional development of team members.
Benefits:
