We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a successful Managed Service Provider in Leeds. With over 15 years of organic growth, they have built a strong reputation for technical expertise and reliability.
You will solve tickets at a 2nd line level and will be given opportunities to assist project work on client sites.
As they are a Microsoft Partner you will be given opportunities to study for exams which are all paid for. Moreover, your salary will go up with each exam you pass.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Managed Services ideal
- Active Directory / Azure
- Experience with Windows Servers
- Office 365
- VMware / Hyper V
- Network Troubleshooting
