Customer Experience Manager - CEX

This London based role is a part of a new CEX Team working on a new range of projects and the the role reports to the senior CEX leadership team so support available for personal and professional growth.

The focus of the role is to provide professional project management support for the delivery of CEX projects with the aim to improve customer experience.

Seeking applications from CEX candidates from the logistics, transport, retail or agency side who has delivered into those sectors, who can demonstrate;

  • Previous experience delivering projects focused on improving customer experience
  • Knowledge of project management processes, tools and techniques
  • Proven knowledge of business change tools, techniques and their deployment, change management & process mapping

You will be able to work in a corporate environment, 3 days a week in the office, with the ability to facilitate, engage and advise across the org chart. Be commercially aware, Agile aware, responsive and adaptable to change.

The salary range is £48k to £58k, good pension 7% employee & 10.5% employer and lots of other perks
