The Role

The role of the Onboarding Administrator is to provide quality On-boarding and Pre-Employment administration services and to manage the On-Boarding Process. The role will involve processing all requests for criminal record checks, employment references, Right to Work and all other Pre-employment screening checks as required. The role will involve liaising with Recruiting/Hiring Managers, Resource Consultants and Candidates ensuring a high level and quality of service is achieved at all times to ensure all candidates receive a seamless On-boarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to the talent we engage across our customer base either directly or through engagement with 3rd parties
  • To be focused on achieving talent engagement in line with client KPI's and SLA's
  • Accurately maintain all aspects of the contingent and/or permanent workforce data to enable management information to be given / presented to the client
  • Ensure all talent have signed contracts and are aware and comply with company, client and statutory requirements
  • To complete pre-employment onboarding, vetting and screening checks as outlined by customer utilising the appropriate technology to do so
  • To provide timely updates to our talent and suppliers in relation to onboarding and work closely with Talent Resourcing Partners
  • To complete and issue new and updated contracts to directly engaged candidates across multiple engagement methods - PAYE, Ltd
  • To provide Supply Chain Partners with confirmation of assignment details and any updates whilst on assignment
  • Supporting with internal audits and data management

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Pre-Employment screening
  • Knowledge of UK Right to Work eligibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional accuracy and consistency in managing processes
  • Developed communication and relationship management skills via phone, email
  • Aptitude for IT, including strong word and excel skills
  • You will be required to undergo BPSS Security Clearance for the role
