Process & Systems Administrator

Salary: £19,500 per Annum (dependant on experience)

Location - Remote with occasional travel when required

Contract length: 6 Months

General Duties

  • Maintain procurement processes and systems as requested
  • Ensure good quality data is front of mind in all administration processes
  • Maintain effective global procurement processes and training that are rolled out to every business unit on regional and local level as requested
  • Ensure a good understanding of procurement processes. This includes a working knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process to enable appropriate and timely support and advice internally.
  • Effective implementation and operation of support processes and procedures. Identifying areas for improvement / streamlining processes (including systems) on a continuous basis.
  • Ensure that all compliance records are maintained, recorded and areas of non-compliance raised to appropriate employees and management in a timely manner.

Essential skills and experience required.

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, demonstrating strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies to form alignment.
  • Good prioritisation, co-ordination and organisational skills and a focus on solving problems.
  • Able to work under pressure and to fixed timescales whilst adopting a collaborative approach.
  • Have resilience and able to navigate complex challenges & deal with ambiguity.

Desirable skills

  • Expertise to demonstrate good working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Ability to demonstrate company values
