Your Role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant - EYFS
You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and educational support to children in their crucial early years. Working closely with the Nursery staff, you will help create a stimulating and nurturing environment for young learners. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development.
- Assist in planning and implementing creative and stimulating activities.
- Looking after children's daily physical needs.
- Collaborating with the Nursery team to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the welfare and well-being of all children.
Requirements as an Early Years Teaching Assistant - EYFS
- Experience in working with early years/primary-aged children.
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Bubbly and engaging personality
Key Information
- £105 - £110 a day
- Mon-Fri 08:00am - 16.00pm
- Term time only
- Long-term until the end of the Academic year (scope for permanent contact)
- Located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets
