A leading client in the information service is looking to hire Business analysts to join a transformation team to focus on rewriting business process future state and Target Operating Model design.

Work style - hybrid 3 days in the office
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the definition of end-to-end business processes across key business functions, with focus but not limited to front office and commercial business functions.
- Business problem definition, scoping and route cause analysis.
- Provide business impact analysis and provide quantitative and qualitative measurement.
- Working closely with front office key business and support functions stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills - presenting to and agreeing with senior business stakeholders high-level solution design options.
- As-Is Process Gap Analysis, gathering and documentation of requirements.
- To-Be Process Design - drive, propose and validate to-be business process design and facilitate efficient to-be design workshops.
- Scoping of improvement opportunities or business requirements and facilitate tech solution design sessions with solution architect.
- Ability to document and visualise solution design options and present to senior business stakeholders in the context of given technical constraints and overall tech architecture
What skills do I need to be considered for this role?
- Ability to influence and create positive business relationships with key business functions representatives.
- Ability to run interviews, ask right lead questions and facilitate process walkthroughs with business SMEs
- Strong stakeholder management and track record of working closely with senior business stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong slides (PPT) creation skills
- Business process visualisation skills (MS Visio / Lucidcharts)
- Ability to facilitate and bridge the gap between business and technology
- Be able to summarise, simplify, present back and validate with senior SME's complex business process information into a logical and sequential way.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Ability to create business requirements documents.
- Ability to work against tight deadlines and deal with competing priorities
- Ability to create prioritisation structures and facilitate prioritisation agreement across business functions.
