Title: Acoustic Consultant

We are currently seeking an Acoustic Consultant to join one of the UK's largest companies specialising in architectural and environmental acoustics. This role offers a great opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in rural, urban, and industrial settings across the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will receive personalised mentoring and work in a supportive environment known for developing professionals capable of addressing diverse challenges.
Responsibilities for the role include conducting onsite noise and vibration testing and modelling, as well as compiling data into technical reports. The chosen candidate will also supervise junior employees to ensure safe and accurate execution of tasks. Furthermore, stakeholder management and communication skills will be essential for working on various projects.

Main requirements for the Acoustic Consultant position include a bachelor's or master's degree in Acoustics or a related field, active membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA), possession of a valid UK driving licence, proficiency in organizing and prioritising work in collaboration with the team, strong verbal and written communication skills, and willingness to travel to various sites at short notice.
