Bodyshop Manager - Wakefield Area
Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Manager/Supervisor ready for a fresh new challenge.
As Bodyshop Manager, you will lead a fantastic team in delighting customers and getting it right the first time.
You will be responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department.
You will also be handing and dealing with our customers both internal and external.
Each of our client's dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean.
About you:
Experience and understanding in all aspects of running a Bodyshop and Insurance claims are essential therefore you will already hold a similar position in the motor industry.
This is a sales-focused role that would suit a forward-thinking, people orientated person, and you must be both Audatex and VDA accredited.
You must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner as the majority of authorisations are negotiated over the telephone.
Working knowledge of Audatex Enterprise and E.M.A.C.S. would be an advantage.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday on rota 8:30am to 12:30pm
Salary: -
£40k basic
£55k - £60k + OTE uncapped and VERY achievable
