About the Social & Content Manager role:

Hello Earth is seeking a dynamic Social & Content Manager to champion our clients' brand narratives with innovative Performance Content strategies. This role is central to strengthening client relationships and bridging performance content with paid social. You'll collaborate closely with the Social & Content Lead to spearhead our content team's development, campaign execution, and on occasion, organic social management. The ideal candidate will be an ardent advocate of social media with strong experience in Performance Content strategy and ideation, blending creativity and strategy to amplify client brands within the dynamic digital content landscape.

Roles & Responsibilites:

Leadership & Management

  • Developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
  • Work closely with the paid team and clients to agree on objectives.
  • Partnering with Strategists, media buyers, and other key stakeholders to ensure you are leading and developing best-in-class creative, project management, digital performance and reporting.
  • Leading clients through performance content and organic strategy ensuring you're proactively managing and nurturing relationships and solving any issues related to the client's business.
  • Leading the content creators and content team on strategy and executing content plans which perform for clients.
  • Ensure clients' objectives are continuously met.

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • We define content as visual storytelling and as part of this role, you will be required to develop briefs, understand client hooks, and develop content scripts and creative structures which ensure visual storytelling that converts.
  • Develop, brief and curate compelling content across various platforms
  • Analyse content metrics to refine strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with our creative team, content creators and execs to conceptualise and produce inventive content, continuously pushing and channelling the team on how we can do better.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with design, strategy, and marketing teams to enhance the overall content narrative.
  • Offer insights and feedback, ensuring every piece of content resonates with your clients' brand voice.
  • Build and develop relationships with external content creators.

Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest in content and social media trends.
  • Incorporate innovative techniques and tools to maintain an edge in the market.

Essential Qualities:

  • A genuine passion for developing strategies that produce conscious and impactful content.
  • Strong grasp of social media dynamics and platform nuances.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
