Are you thinking about advancing your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Our client is looking for a new Project Manager to join their Air Logistics team. Salary up to £45,000, Hybrid working, Private Healthcare. Your Role In this role, you will be part of the project team, ensuring that all key clients projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility ·
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Establish and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (ie Project trackers, Route Plans, COPs, AOPs)
  • Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Relevant Experience: A prior successful experience in a similar role is recommended
  • Freight Forwarding and Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with both fields
  • Effective Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings
  • Collaborative and Interpersonal: Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and Diplomatic: Ability to listen, analyze situations and show diplomatic skills
  • Problem-Solving: Proficiency in finding alternative solutions and making proposals
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally (3 to 4 times a year)
