R13 Recruitment are collaborating with an established company in the recruitment of a Paralegalto join their Norfolk-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an introduction into personal injury law, with plenty of training and the ability to grow & progress.
This is a full time, permanent position working 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary of up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hybrid working is on offer.

The day to day
- Providing support to fee earners with their caseloads.
- Ensuring all relevant documents from clients are secured & accurate.
- Liaising with external agencies such as the police/rehabilitation agencies to obtain key reports and information.
- Drafting documents and letters.
- Researching case law to support personal injury claim valuations.
- Drafting Schedules of Loss.
- Assisting with the management of the ledger of each claim.
You will have/be
- Previous legal/claims experience would be preferable.
- Strong communication skills with confident telephone manner.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and processes
- A genuine desire and interest in working in the insurance industry.
