Business Analyst

The Company
My client, a rapidly growing bank based in Birmingham, is looking for to add another experienced Business Analyst to their Change team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days a week in the Birmingham City Centre headquarters.
The Role
As a Business Analyst you will develop detailed business requirements for system developments and work with business units and project teams to meet requirements.
You will support the change delivery portfolio by performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.
You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle and have the central role of liaising with people and teams across the broader organisation and product owners, architects, and developers within the integration team.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on complex IT and Change projects.
- Proven experience working on Digital projects.
- Knowledge and experience of JIRA is highly desirable
- Experience in Product Management
- Financial services or banking experience e.g. banking technology, payment systems and processes, telephony, etc. is also preferred.
