Roles and responsibilities

  • Ensure that stocks of materials are available
  • Complete regular physical stock checks
  • Support the good in and goods out function by liaising with the supply chain planner
  • Complete all quality checks and associated documentation as advised by line management
  • Keep accurate maintenance of purchase orders
  • Keep the stock management systems up to date, stock management of all packaging and ingredients to be maintained in a first in first out system
  • Maintain an audit-ready level of environmental hygiene in the warehouse and storage areas

Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a Food Manufacturing facility desirable
  • 2+ years in a stock control position
