Salary: Up to £26,000 (+ bonus)
Working Pattern - Monday to Friday
Our client is an award winning and rapidly growing property business and one of the market leaders who specialise in the Build to Rent market and traditional Estate Agency. They are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable End of Tenancy Coordinator.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for property and have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
This role will include all aspects of End of Tenancy coordination including, building relationships with clients and tenants. You will be pro-active and provide excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will:
- Look after a set portfolio of properties
- Client liaison
- Act as a point of contact and go to person for tenant enquiries
- Deal with any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Deal with any maintenance required on the properties, liaising with contractors and suppliers and scheduling in works at agreed costs
- Support with the management of tenancy deposits and disputes
- Update inhouse property management systems
- Schedule of work and property inspections
- Liaising with the wider team and business
