Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Head of Finance/Divisional FD to join a highly successful business looking for an ambitious Finance leader ready for their next challenge. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Finance professional who enjoys the challenge of leading a finance team, creating and improving processes whilst supporting the Exec Team in driving the growth of the business.
The Role
Reporting into the Divisional MD, the Head of Finance/Finance Director will sit on the UK Leadership team and will work closely with the MD to guide the business through its continued growth and future acquisitions.
Key duties will include:
- Overseeing the finance team
- Work closely with the MD on finance processes
- Lead the annual planning and forecasting process
- Oversee the production of Monthly Management Accounts
- Ensure all statutory accounts are produced and filed correctly
The Candidate
To be considered for this Finance Director role we are looking for applicants with the following:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualifications
- Prior experience within a rapidly growing business (ideally a multi-national)
- Comfortable operating with stakeholders at Board Level
- Previous line management experience
- Strong commercial acumen
