Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a medical supplier company based in Crawley. You'll be talking to customers over the telephone to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and dealing with any queries.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service setting, ideally talking to customers over the telephone and you'll also express an interest in working within the medical industry.

As a Customer Service Advisor your role will include:

  • Processing orders over the telephone for both nurses and patients
  • Dealing with queries relating to products, orders and other services
  • Investigating delivery delays or issues
  • Liaising with the warehouse staff to ensure all orders will be processed on time

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Great computer skills, such as Word and Excel
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • An interest in working within the medical industry

This is a full time permanent position based in Crawley, you'll be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and the annual salary is £22,585.
