Are you an Accounts Service Co-Ordinator looking to join a continually expanding nationwide company where you can play a key part within a successful accounts team?

Working as an Account Service Co-Ordinator you will work well as a member of the Aftersales Team and alongside the National Account Manager to provide an excellent level of Customer Service.
This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career and work for a close-knit and well-run company that offers training and development.
The Role:
- Liaising with customers to arrange engineer attendance to breakdowns, maintenance, and servicing
- Placing and processing orders with suppliers and other dealers within the network
- Work collaboratively with all other departments in the business
- Producing quotations for repairs and further work required
- Processing warranty claims
- Compiling reports
The Person:
- Previous experience in service coordination, customer service or a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
