Your new role
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing invoices
- Updating VAT codes
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving invoice queries
- Preparation of accruals and prepayments
- Preperation of BACS transmissions
- Sales Ledger
- Reconciliations of donations
- Maintaining fixed asset register
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrable experience of working in an accounts role
- IT literate, including EXCEL (vlook ups, pivot tables)
- AAT qualified or equivalent experience
- Clear communicator
What you'll get in return
- £30,000 - £36,000 annual salary
- 6 months fixed term contract
- Experience of working in higher education
- 37.5 working hours per week
- 38 days annual leave (pro rata)
