Huntswood is looking for Senior Remediation Case Handler to join a new contract starting in September. As a Senior Remediation Case Handler, you will be dealing with remediation complaints for a large wealth management company. As well as dealing with complex complaints you will also be asked to produce MI and offer guidance to others within the contract.

Location: Working from home
Duration: 6 month contract
Rate: £275 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Start Date: September 2024
The ideal Senior Remediation Case Handler will have:
- Experience dealing with complex complaints in a wealth management environment
- An understanding of wealth management products
- Experience in creating compelling MI for senior stakeholders and be able to explain it
- Coaching and SME experience
- Level 4 diploma would be desirable
