Think Accountancy and Finance are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their business ASAP.
The company will consider someone full time or part time if you need some flexibility in hours. It is important to note that the company operates fully office based so please consider this when applying.
It is essential that you have proven experience with Sage and a good level of Excel.
Main duties include:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Monitoring outstanding debt and working with credit controller on a daily basis
- Daily management of the purchase ledger
- Reconciliations of the purchase ledger
- Payment runs
- Management of staff holiday and sickness
- General office admin
This role is either full time or they can consider part time to suit, however if you are looking for part time then the role will need to be completed across 5 days.
Would suit someone from an Accounts Payable background but with an understanding of bookkeeping.
