Our clients aim is simple they want to provide a waste management service that is fantastic value for their customers, whist recycling and reusing the waste collected to deliver a sustainable future for our planet. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire an Internal Sales Representative to support the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communications and active listening skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day.
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
About role:
- To sell services via phone, email, or other online channels.
- Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.
- Upselling products and services
- Researching for new leads
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
- Maintaining and improving the database or prospects
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within our assigned territories.
- Team with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals.
