Purpose
Wiring and assembly of ASpecial purpose machinery including Control panel wiring and mechanical assembly/fitting.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
To undertake the assembly and manufacture of Special Pupose Machine assemblies to the point where they are complete machines and ready for test.
Tasks to be undertaken:
- Control Panel Assembly and Wiring.
- Mechanical fitting and assembly of parts, sub-assemblies and finished machine
- Plastic Parts manufacture
- Finishing and Packaging of finished machines
- Wiring of chamber
- Testing of chamber using instructions provided.
- Self inspection of finished items using laid down methodology.
