MS503 – Project Manager
Location: Egham
Salary: £50,000- £60,000 per annum DOE
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of our clients based in the Egham area.
The successful candidate will manage and oversee the delivery, tracking, conformance and performance of multiple projects in line with my clients Management Procedures.
This role would suit ex-military candidates and applications from former service personnel are encouraged.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivery of a wide range of project types sizes and values (£5-£500k) including large deliverables that form part of a programme of work to multiple (15-20) minor works activities.
- Meeting with Senior Management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, risks and costs.
- Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams.
- Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members.
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery and escalating any issues to prevent delays or missed deadlines in advance of them occurring.
- Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders.
- Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
- Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Accreditation (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, CSM).
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Previous Project / Business Management Experience – Essential.
- Knowledge of Project Software Platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Auto Cad experience - Desirable.
