Role: Operations Assistant
Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 plus Parking & Birthdays Off
Location: Sipson / West Drayton
Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Operations Assistant to join the team at a really exciting time. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small & busy team within a much larger group of successful companies.
You will demonstrate excellent communications skills whilst speaking to clients, offering logistic solutions throughout the Film & TV world
What you will be doing
- As well as providing excellent customer care you will also co ordinate, book & generate work quotes on a bespoke system (full training given)
- You should be a strong team player who enjoys a day that is full of variety, no two often being the same.
- In addition to dealing with customers you will also work along side other parts of the organisation ensuring that your internal partners and colleagues are upto date with the progress of booked jobs and requirements.
- You will also be providing associated administration support that comes with the large team of specialised drivers ensuring that all required documentation & job sheets are issued and completed.
What we are looking for
- Strong Word and Excel skills would be ideal.
- Enjoy a high-pressure environment with the ability to sift through data quickly and analyse client needs.
- Excellent written skills and telephone manner.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and enthusiastic manner.
