I'm working exclusively with a plc in West Yorkshire that, due to recent M&A activity, requires a Divisional Financial Controller to lead the finances of a newly created division and provide a solid foundation for its growth.
The role will involve:
- Providing financial leadership, guidance, and support to drive the division's financial performance, and contributing to achieving the company's overall objectives.
- Working closely with the CEO and Group Finance on integrating the newly created group of companies and supporting scalable growth and development.
- Delivery of monthly management accounts, including preparing and presenting reports to Group Finance and the divisional leadership team.
- Overseeing all budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities for the division
This role requires a commercially astute qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) who will be a true business partner to their colleagues and the operational management of the division. Your strategic insights and financial acumen will be instrumental in shaping the division's growth trajectory and optimising financial outcomes.
