Visitor Experience Lead

Warm, welcoming, and passionate about providing a positive experience for visitors to East Leake, Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions (SGIS) are looking for a Visitor Experience Lead.

Leading a professional and competent reception/administrative team for East Leake, including (SGIS) Head Office and Saint-Gobain House, you will provide positive and welcoming first point of contact to external and internal visitors.

You will receive and greet all visitors in a highly professional and warm manner; responding positively to requests for information and assistance; helping to ensure all visitors understand that Health and Safety is our number one priority and to help them adhere to our site safe behaviours.

You'll be manning a busy switchboard; dealing with visitors and general enquires; acting as the hub of information for people within head office; organising incoming and outgoing post and parcels; general administration duties for the customer service team and other central function departments as required.

This role is based in East Leake, full time, 5 days a week.

What we're looking for:

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, confidence, and an ability to engage and communicate with people on all levels
  • Excellent time management, administration, and organisational skills; ability to handle multiple activities and priorities, whilst maintaining good attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate responsiveness and commitment to achieving deadlines
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office packages e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
  • Polished, professional, and dedicated to providing an excellent visitor experience

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the Visitor Experience Administrators to ensure the day-to-day reception and administrative duties are fulfilled to a high standard across the SGIS Head Office and Saint-Gobain House
  • Ensuring all visitors are aware of the Saint-Gobain and Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions Head Office site rules and EHS behaviours
  • Providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere to colleagues and visitors, including high profile visitors; ensuring that the reception area is clean, organised, and presents a positive image of the organisation; ensuring visitors can access Saint-Gobain House
  • Maintaining and reviewing the Matrix booking system to see which meetings and visitors are expected on a day-to-day basis at Saint-Gobain House and SGIS Head Office; preparing badges and information for visitors; helping contractors
  • Raising purchase orders and booking in purchase orders when required
  • Responsibility for administrative duties
