An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established consultancy construction firm in London.
We are looking for a capable and confident Senior Project Manager to perform project and programme management duties on a variety of developments within the residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor programme profitability and lead commercial relationships with clients.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing scope changes with client.
- Responsible for the development of the project management strategy and delivery.
- Advise on procurement strategies.
- Write business cases.
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
- Producing project execution plans
- Tracking and documenting changes
- Stakeholder management.
Skills & Requirements
- Possess a strong track record of delivering projects within the construction build/property industry.
- Be conversant in NEC and JCT terminology forms of contract.
- Have Public sector experience (Private sector experience is a bonus)
- Have experience of working within an Inter-Disciplinary organisation
- Project management delivery of complex programmes and projects in the built environment
