Role: Infrastructure Procurement Manager (NEC)
Salary: £75,000 plus benefits (Including Bonus 12.5% - 25%, Pension up to 12% from client, Life Assurance, Medical, Shares, Travel Allowance, etc.)
Client: Major airport
Location: Hybrid working from home and 2 days per week in Staines.

Role:
An exciting opportunity to support the Head of Finance and Procurement, to manage the Procurement and delivery of Capital Works Infrastructure end-to-end. You will design and implement short and long-term, innovative, Procurement strategy to drive value for money and mitigate risk.
You will manage a pipeline of high-value, complex infrastructure Procurement activity, engage with the external market effectively, and challenge business plans and strategies to ensure robustness.
You will develop close relationship with key, senior stakeholders and manage supplier performance.
Requirements:
- Strong NEC experience (pre, mid, and post-contract).
- Excellent Infrastructure Procurement knowledge.
- Experience working within a large, matrix organisation.
- Experience managing teams across locations, coaching and motivating staff.
- Strong communication ability across various levels of stakeholders and key suppliers.
- Professional qualification e.g. MRICS, CIPS, APM, CEng.
