Responsibilities include:
- Drive profitability through strategic decision-making, market analysis, and effective pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer demands.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee supplier compliance and packhouse operations to maintain quality assurance programs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Optimise operational efficiency, quality control, and product traceability.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the UK and overseas to visit suppliers, customers, and industry events.
- Proactively build relationships, monitor quality standards, and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Spanish and/or Afrikaans speaking is advantageous
- Experience or an understanding of a high care facility is advantageous
