The successful candidate will provide psychological support to Adults with Learning Disabilities. This is a Community-based service located in the South Cumbria area. This is a long-term contract for the duration of 12-Months with the likelihood of extension.

Pay Rate: £43.00 LTD p/h + £250 SCS Sign-Up Bonus
Location: Barrow-in-Furness, South Cumbria (Hybrid Working)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
Contract: 4 Days / 30 Hours | All Hours will be considered
The post holder will work as part of the wider multi-disciplinary Community Learning Disability Team and provide Psychological Assessments and 1:1 treatment to service users with Learning Difficulties amongst other Mental Health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals contributing to the patient's formulation, diagnosis and treatment plan and to provide advice to other professionals on psychological aspects of risk assessment and management.
- To provide specialist psychological assessments to Adults displaying complex Mental Health conditions including Learning Disabilities.
- To provide Training and Supervision to the wider MDT Learning Disability Team.
