Service Improvement Lead
- Job Type: Interim (until end March 2025)
- Location: Remote (with occasional office visits in Norwich or London)
- Salary: £23.49 - £32.30 PAYE or £29.29 - £40.52 Umbrella
We are seeking a Service Improvement Lead / Project Lead to join our team as part of a wider transformation process. This role is crucial for driving business improvement and managing a diverse range of corporate projects. The successful candidate will work remotely, with occasional requirements to attend our offices in Norwich or London.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Act as the project lead within the transformation team.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Provide regular updates to the board on project progress and budget status.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
- Own the delivery of corporate projects, ensuring they meet set objectives and timelines.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable recommendations, considering the impact on customers, employees, policies, processes, and technology.
- Work closely with the Project Delivery Manager to align project goals with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and business improvement within a corporate setting.
- Strong ability to liaise with and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear recommendations.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
