Marketing Manager - Fully Remote

My client is a leading provider of medical sector insourcing services looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to come in and work in partnership with our Business Development and Operations teams. You'll work on a joint strategy to promote our services and build our brand amongst key decision makers at national and local level. As well as providing sales support such as high-quality presentations, sales aids and event management, you'll also be responsible for driving better use of customer insight and commercial data across our sales and client retention activity. You'll help to embed new processes and ways of working and it's essential you are comfortable with working across teams to deliver results.

Main Responsibilities:

This role entails working in close partnership with the sales team to support new business growth and client retention.

Develop high-quality marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, case studies, white papers) aligned with sales and marketing objectives.

Create compelling sales / client presentations/ materials that effectively communicate product/service benefits to target audiences.

Oversee the planning and execution of healthcare industry events, including tradeshows, conferences, and webinars

Provide support for tenders including using our new AI tool to ensure the highest quality and consistent output

Create a client newsletter and establish the processes needed to issue on regular basis with sales and operations teams

Manage and maintain the new business marketing budget effectively.

Experience required:

B2B Marketing experience

Experience of working collaboratively with sales and operations teams to support client acquisition and retention.

Have held a general marketing role which spans multiple areas including sales and events.

Direct responsibility for personally creating content and writing copy

Good communicator and strong stakeholder management

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
