- Proven experience in IT risk management, controls, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or regulated industry.
- CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ITIL certifications (desirable).
- Experience in IT projects and CMDB initiatives (ServiceNow)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
